Welcome to the Reservoir Medical Group
We were established in 1960 as a Family Medicine Practice, encompassing all aspects of family health from pregnancy through to end of life care. We are a community based practice, covering Reservoir, Preston, Kingsbury and Bundoora. Some of the community languages we speak are: Arabic, Hindi, Italian and Mandarin.
As part of our commitment to the future, we are part of the RACGP registrar program. We also take students from the University of Melbourne Medical School.

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
Closed on Sundays and public holidays

We are closed for cleaning from 12:30 – 13:00 on weekdays. During this time our reception desk and telephones will be unattended

New Patients welcome:
New patient appointments can be made by calling 03 8470 5888 or in person with our receptionists. They cannot be made through HotDocs.
We have a limited number of new patient appointments available each week, Monday to Friday, so please book well in advance. We do not have new patient appointments on Saturdays.
All new patient appointments are double appointments and are privately billed (as at 16th February 2024, $125 with a Medicare rebate of $80.10). Patients who are 15 and under, over 75 with a healthcare card, or who hold a DVA card will be bulk billed.
If you are unable to attend your new patient appointment, please notify us well in advance. A fee may be charged in the event of a no show.
